Owner & Head Coach / Boxing / Olympic Weightlifting
Hey everyone! I’m Street, and athletics have been at the center of my life for as long as I can remember. I played collegiate basketball at Shepherd University and then had the incredible honor of representing my country on the rugby field for four years leading up to the 2014 Rugby World Cup. After hanging up my cleats, I moved to Raleigh to earn my Masters in Nutrition from Meredith College, where I also hold a Bachelors in Exercise Physiology. That journey led me to strength coaching at the UNC Chapel Hill Olympic Sports Weight Room and eventually to Head Strength Coach at Meredith College. I specialize in tactical preparedness and hold my certification as a Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator through the NSCA. I’m also a Bronze Level USA Boxing Coach, a competitive Olympic Weightlifter, and a proud member of the Shoofly Barbell Club. My passion is helping athletes of all kinds find their strongest, most capable selves. Fun Fact: I founded Shoofly Athletics and have never looked back!
Adaptive Functional Training / Special Needs
Hi, I’m Kelli! I’m a proud NC native whose love of sports started at age five when I was the only girl on my soccer team while living in California with my Marine dad. Life eventually brought us back to New Bern, NC, where I became a standout soccer player, competed in club ball across the country, and earned a spot on the North Carolina State ODP team. Injuries eventually changed my path, but those experiences gave me something more valuable: the ability to help others adapt, grow, and find what their bodies are capable of. I specialize in adaptive functional training and working with humans with special needs, and that work fills my heart every single day. I studied psychology and art at Radford University, where I also discovered a deep love for floral design. Today I’m an independent artist and florist, a lover of plants and animals, a beach enthusiast, and a proud single mom of two amazing kids. Fun Fact: I’m equally at home in a weight room and a flower shop!

Hey there, friends! I’m Alexa, and I’ve been a part of the fitness world since 2012 and coaching since 2013. Fitness has given me strength, resilience, and a sense of community, and my passion is sharing those gifts with others. To me, coaching is all about striking the perfect balance between education, encouragement, and accountability. If you’re considering making a change to improve your health and lifestyle, I say take the leap—we’re here to guide and cheer you on every step of the way! No matter when you see me coaching, expect the energy of someone who’s just had a triple shot of espresso.
Fun Fact: I once studied abroad in the beautiful city of Oviedo, Spain!
