At Shoofly, our goal is to help you reach your best self.

Our programs include Functional Fitness classes, Beginner Course Foundations, Personal Training, Small Group Training, Barbell Club (olympic weightlifting), Sports Performance, Nutrition Coaching, and Open Gym. We also offer speciality classes including Endurance, Tactical Strength & Conditioning, Yoga, and Mobility.
